My wife has 2 replacement knees, and there are very few exercise machines that she can handle using without pain. This is one of the few. I purchased it for her, because she uses it daily at our local gym….and she was very excited to get it. Our only complaint is that they did not include the water bottle holder, even though it is shown in the picture. We are both elderly, and when working out, we need to have water with us. When I questioned the missing water bottle holder, I was told they no longer include it. So why is it in the advertised picture of the machine we purchased? I was then told that they would contact their supplier, and let me know. No reply received. Would definitely give 5* if I were to receive the water bottle holder.

Fast Shipping-Came Fully Assembled, has wheels to move it. Jacob with FitnessZone was great on the phone! Dealing with this company was a great! The Nustep T4 is perfect for my rehab on my knee!
