Inspire Fitness FLB2 Adjustable Folding Bench

I have owned this bench for over 15 years and the pads are still good as new. Of course, I wear gym clothes with no sharp objects or pockets while using the bench. The back pad easily inclines and declines. I use the bench first for barbell lifting, and then roll it forward by its convenient handle toward my dumbell rack for curls and incline shoulders. The stationary seat is slanted perfectly so I don't slide off when doing heavy incline lifting. It has a sturdy, thick chrome bar to hook feet for situps. The bench folds for storing and has a carrying handle on the side. I've never stored it as I use it regularly 3x per week. The bench is around 14" low to the ground when horizontal; this really helps to keep feet flat on the floor when arching my back slightly during those final heavy lifts. Great value!
