3/16" wall, 1-1/4" diameter tubular anodized aluminum with knurled grips. 

The aluminum compound allows the bar to be easily attached by users of any fitness level. 

The light aluminum product also provides a truer sense of weight being moved with each repetition and reduces the drag associated with the traditional steel bar.  

This Inspire Accessory Bar has 3 holes by which you can attach it to your home gym.  

The traditional center hole when attaching it to a single pull point or carabiner.

This bar also has two additional holes that will allow you to attach the bar to a dual cable system.

This aluminum, swivel Lat Bar is designed to connect to any cable pulley for a variety of upper body exercises.

The unique design works well for attaching multiple, close-proximity pulleys for even more resistance.
