Great piece of Equipment. I have been able to adapt and get more exercises out of this thing than just what it advertises. You can do push ups, pull ups and rows or variations of these exercises. It is super solid.

I first purchased the body solid knee raise for $400 plus dollars. I love body solid and have several of their peices of workout equipment but although this was well made as usual it was much to light for even my daughter to feel comfortable using. The hoist was a few hundred dollars more but was absolutely well worth it. It's very stable and commercial grade.
