The Powerline by Body-Solid PSM200 Smith Machine is perfect for users looking to take their home gyms to the next level.  The PSM200 Smith Machine offers the ultimate versatility and can be used as a free-weight half rack and a Smith Machine in one product. Set to a 7-degree reverse pitch, the PSM200 allows natural upper and lower body movements with biomechanically correct lifting paths.
 
The PSM200 smith bar provides the ultimate safety and security with safety catches, helping prevent injuries during failed reps and allowing users to lift heavy weights even without a spotter.  Featuring 12 lockout points, users can lock the bar with a simple rotation during any part of the motion. The high-impact nylon bushings provide frictionless action on the chrome-plated guide rods. Perform a wide variety of movements on this machine, including presses, squats, lunges, rows, and so much more. 
 
For traditional barbell workouts, the Powerline by Body-Solid PSM200 Smith Machine features two composite lined j-cups and two 13" safety spotter arms. Four integrated weight horns on the machine help keep weight plates neat, organized, and easy to access. For an even more robust and complete home gym, add the optional Lat Attachment (PLT200) with a bench and unlock even more workout variety, including pulldowns, triceps extensions, wood chops, curls, and more.

Powerline by Body-Solid’s PFI150 Flat/Incline Bench is designed for use in home, garage and basement gyms with an emphasis on workout variety thanks to independent ladder-style back (-18°, 0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 80°) and seat pad (0°, 10°, 18°) adjustments.

It’s a combination squat platform for stabilizing the user during squat exercises and calf block for the most intense calf raise exercises with full range of motion, and complete comfort. Full 18” long x 6-1/2” high calf block allows greater stretch and contraction of all calf muscles. Full 26” long squat platform allows user to elevate heels for better balance and concentration. Solid steel, 2 bolt assembly, includes welded carrying handle and textured, no-slip surfaces. 2000 lb. capacity.
