The press arm bar easily adjusts to its highest position, instantly transforming the GLGS100B into a convenient pull-up and chin-up station. 
Sculpt a powerful back, arms, and shoulders with the lat pulldown station. Adjustable thigh pads provide comfort and stability, and the included pulldown bar ensures proper form throughout the entire range of motion.
The low pulley station opens up a wide range of exercise possibilities, including curls, rows, triceps extensions, and more.
Integrated weight horns offer convenient storage for plates, helping keep workout areas organized and clutter-free.

Build your chest and arms with the Press station or lift the arm up and you have the perfect squat station to build your core and legs. This multi-use station has numerous uses and can handle dozers of different movements.

Low Pulley

From standing biceps curls to upright rows, triceps extensions and more, the low pulley station offers the versatility to perform a multitude of movements working muscles across the body.
